Flirt & Flutter is the South's premiere beauty boutique and training academy. With three locations in Atlanta, New York, and Miami, Flirt & Flutter Beauty Inc. offers the largest range of services and products on the market dedicated to eyelash and eyebrow enhancements.
The Beauty Boutique
We are renown for becoming the the first company in the South Eastern United States to provide Eyebrow Extensions, HD Brows. Semi-Permanent Mascara, Microblading/Eyebrow Embroidery Tattoo Eyebrows and Eyelash Extensions (Mink/ Silk/ Volume Up). We were established May 15, 2008 by owner Shea Evans. Evans is considered a Picasso of eye enhancement services. A former flight attendant, Evans decided to open up an eyelash extension only salon in Atlanta, Georgia which was the third of it's kind in the United States and the first in Georgia. Evans states, "At Flirt & Flutter, we aim to bring Hollywood Glamor to the everyday woman." Each staff member of Flirt & Flutter is trained by Evans personally. The staff of Flirt & Flutter is known to transform their client's eyes into Masterpieces.
The Lash, Brow & Makeup Academy
Flirt & Flutter Makeup Academy is a completely new concept in beauty services and training. Our staff are industry based beauty professionals who are highly skilled at passing on their knowledge and expertise to the students we serve. We invite guest experts whose names appear regularly in fashion magazines, television shows, commercials, box-office movies & films, music videos and cosmetic conferences and panels to teach you the latest techniques that are required for today's beauty industry.
Flirt & Flutter is an art based academy. We do not offer courses that will license you in esthetics or spa services, but focus on the craft of makeup artistry, eye enhancement services and business skills essential to suceed.
We offer a boutique setting with limited class capacity, meaning you have the intimacy of personalized teaching and learning. Our courses are dedicated at developing you into the best individual artist/specialist you can be. You will leave with a great number of contacts, discount cards and images to start your portfolio.
All graduates will become eligible to go through our agency to receive real live work experience. Select students are invited to assist our professional makeup artists/specialist on real makeup jobs
